FIVE Useful Tips for healthier hair TODAY. Say "No" to scissors!

For those who are especially fond of their hair: I will tell you how to rescue the most damaged hair! I know that you might be hungry for more posts with stories and advice about "what to do?" so that the quality of your hair becomes better, and its length - greater!. ...And yet, too many of us start taking care of our hair only when it starts breaking, splitting, and becomes dry... That’s fundamentally wrong because your hair needs your loving care all the time, every season, and not just when you suddenly decided to pay it some of your precious attention!. Therefore this blog was born with secrets and tips for a beautiful mane you can be proud of. 1. Don’t over-wash your hair til it “squeaks”, even if you have oily hair : washing more often won’t save you, if you over-dry your hair by constant washing, instead you will invite dandruff and hair loss. December for my hair :)

As my December follow up, I have bleached my hair on December the 7th with Joico Verolight powder this time - not the usual paste. That's 30 days from my last bleach on November 9th. The paste is MUCH more gentler, although its a pain in the butt to apply. It seems that I lost a little more volume again...sigh...I would say 5%, but at least not in length. As artificially Blonde - and I will talk about my methods of de-coloring later - it felt like a sudden epiphany: I am in no way a “natural” girl; in fact I’m chasing the latest and the greatest in hair industry because my lightened hair is dry and prone to breakage. My hair has been a source of woe for the last two years - like a small autistic child, it’s been demanding non stop attention and getting on my nerves. ...Fast forward two years, I had been unable to grown it past 11 inches in front (its longer in the back, about 14 inches simply because I lost those 3 frontal inches in a matter of 2 weeks to horrible breakage after dying my hair with high lift formula by Keune) You might be thinking:”she must be torturing her hair with a 40 volume developer and crazy amount of heat styling, to ex...
