~KERASTASE ELIXIR ULTIME L'HUILE~
BEAUTIFYING HAIR OIL for dull hair - Is it worth the HYPE?!. Superior hair Oil with many functions!  Happiness for hair in a bottle :))) +Comparison with other oils.

Hello Everybody! Today I want to share with you my thoughts about one famous oil for hair -

***Kerastase Ultime Elixir.*** (for dull hair). Let's get aquinted - legend, miracle, and blogger's "awe subject"...When I saw a girl on Insta with "perfect blond" hair to her waist,-- without a sign of damage: not the type of hair they flat-iron before the photo session on Instagram, but we're talking really thick, healthy hair!!! She mentioned Kerastase Ultime Oil as a reason for her wild mane!.

....First of all, it took me a while to decide to get this oil: before this "lucky strike", I had pretty horrible experiences/misses with other leave in products: Tahe Keratin Gold Oil, similarly priced, was a complete disaster for my hair, causing me horrific hairfall, despite glowing reviews (turned out all of these reviews were from natural girls). 2 products from L'Oreal Professionel: Pro-Fiber Restore Serum (made my hair sticky) and legendary Mythic Oil Huile with cranberry oil (made my hair greasy) also fell short of expectations. I was beginning to think that my hair is just not compatible with ANY hair oil. 😟
....However, this hair oil has surprised me and surpassed any expectations and it's currently my favorite! It simply transforms my hair from the dry, straw-like and separated in locks into an even mass of healthy-looking hair lying down straight and creating an illusion that my hair is wonderfully soft and healthy, with a subtle sheen. There's not a hint of greasiness - in fact it gives my hair wonderful VOLUME! If I curl my hair, my curls always retain their shape and volume - in the same time hair is silky and light.

It tames down the fly-aways and hides split ends! My hair becomes very soft - in fact, the results are compound and my hair condition seems to get better and better with it. I recommend it to all - absolutely worth the price tag (about $30 on Amazon). If you haven't tried it or on the fence - I recommend it whole-heartedly, all my girlfriends are now "hooked" on it.

WHO IS THIS OIL FOR:  my hair is high porosity (take a porosity test to find out if you'd be a good candidate for this oil), damaged, colored, thin, dry and prone to breakage. If your hair is natural (uncolored), or with light damage(mine is bleached from level 5 to level 10), and especially if your hair is also curly - you might have on your hands low porosity hair, and this oil won't suit you.

PROS:

  • Gives volume
  • Reduces frizz, tames fly aways
  • Hides split ends
  • Disciplines crazy hair, making it very straight and naturally beautiful even after sleeping with wet hair
  • Prolongs time between washes (I went from 3 days between washes to 8, it still looks clean!)
  • Reduces (eliminates) hairfall making hair stronger
  • If you curled your hair your will retain curls
  • No grease, dirty oily feeling, no greasy separation of the locks
CONS:
  • PRICE!

FIVE Useful Tips for healthier hair TODAY. Say "No" to scissors!

For those who are especially fond of their hair: I will tell you how to rescue the most damaged hair! I know that you might be hungry for more posts with stories and advice about "what to do?" so that the quality of your hair becomes better, and its length - greater!. ...And yet, too many of us start taking care of our hair only when it starts breaking, splitting, and becomes dry... That’s fundamentally wrong because your hair needs your loving care all the time, every season, and not just when you suddenly decided to pay it some of your precious attention!. Therefore this blog was born with secrets and tips for a beautiful mane you can be proud of. 1. Don’t over-wash your hair til it “squeaks”, even if you have oily hair : washing more often won’t save you, if you over-dry your hair by constant washing, instead you will invite dandruff and hair loss. But more importantly it will become oily even sooner!!! 2. If your hair is overly dry, breaks off, or you are force...

Doing Olaplex treatment today...Olaplex, revealed

OK so I got Olaplex today, and also ordered L’oreal Pro Fiber serum (since I have yet to find a leave in that doesn’t make my hair dirty). And I know I was supposed to wait til next week to do it as I am doing weekly treatments basically based on which week it is after bleach - but I couldn’t wait!. I DID it, leaving it overnight!. I woke up to wonderfully soft, voluminous Hair!.. I was very pleased 😀    I know I was suppose to leave it for a “minimum of 20 minutes” but left it all night under the cap, here is my hair with no oils or anything at all after: it feels like “real hair” again!.. Not the usual straw wires. Also...Boy, have I got for you some juicy tea...a revolutionary conspiracy theory about Olaplex!!!. What is Olaplex #1 we all know... But what about Olaplex 2? And Olaplex 3? What sourcery is this?. Basically a liquid that we all call “number 2”, could be simply a mix of conditioner PLUS number 1. And as far as number 3 goes - you already  know whe...

Hair Lightening at home with professional bleach powder: HOW TO LIGHTEN YOUR HAIR + PHOTO

Hello everybody, Today I want to share with you my experience of lightening my hair using professional bleaching powder by Barex called Superplex: this powder is a fantastic innovative product from Italy offering a terrific built-in protection for hair shaft - imagine adding Olaplex to your regular powder but without all the hassle - the ingredient is fully disclosed to be a “Polyamino Sugar Condensate”, a blend of sugars and proteins made to prevent breakage. The seller included many free samples of Italian hair products so I’m delighted that I will have a few more products to review in the next few days. The developer I chose was a 50/50 mix of volume 20 and volume 10: so around vol.15 or 4,5% peroxide content. According to instructions printed on the tub, we are to mix 1:2 ratio of white powder to developer, which I followed. How Much Product? For my shoulder length hair I took 2 scoops powder (30 ml scoop x2) and 4 scoops developer. I think longer hair would need double tha...
